2CY series gear pumps | gear lubrication pump is mainly used for various mechanical equipment lubrication lubricant delivery system for conveying viscosity at 10 ° E (75C.ST) below, the temperature below 80 ℃ has lubricity oil, also applies to the transport of corrosive, non-lubricity, media containing solid particles. Features:
2CY series gear pump is mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump, pump cover, bearing housing, shaft seals and other components. Gears and shafts are strictly heat treatment, with high hardness and wear resistance, together with the shaft mounted in the sleeve. All moving parts inside the pump are lubricated use its delivery.
The four sets of floating pump bearing is installed in the pump body, automatically adjusts the size of the end spacer with work pressure, so the pump pressure stability, low output flow pulsation and high volumetric efficiency.
