AP BLOT ELITE is a tool for automation of Dot Blot strip, able automatically to dispense sample and reagent, incubate and read the strip and generate results by analyzing the images; the software provides for the creation of reports and their storage. The processed strips are directly in incubation plates from a digital camera. The tool locates the position of the strips, identifies blot and measures the intensity and give the result. The program stores the images in a detailed report making no more required manual archiving of the processed strips. The instrument is equipped with a reader internal barcodes for the samples and of a strip heater which allows to reduce the drying times of the same before the reading
