Product Descriptions
Balls mill Sfera 20R is suitable for refining in very short time spreadable creams, chocolate, surrogate, hazelnut paste, almonds, ice cream base, etc. It has been designed for the small production: its refining range variates from a minimum of 7 kg to a max of 20/24 kg of product, reaching a thinness of 20/26 micron, with a minimum percentage of 30% fat stuff. Through a TOUCH SCREEN panel control, it is possible to rule stirrer’s speed, refining time and temperature to be kept during refining through a cooling unit placed in the lower side of the machine. Recycling pump of the product is a very important part of balls mill: through it refining is more uniform and quicker. This special pump allows products with small solid parts to recycle innerly, products like sugar coated or small dried fruits crumbs.
The refiner is composed by an inner tank with the bottom in special anti-wear material, an outer tub in stainless steel AISI 304. The product is mixed by stirrer pegs stainless steel anti-abrasion and the speed is adjustable . The whole bearing structure in AISI 304 stainless steel is mounted on wheels, the loading hopper made of stainless steel and ball valve steel AISI 316 for unloading the product. The recirculation and discharge of the product are guaranteed by a vane pump. The barrel of heating bath is full of resistance and 1Kw circulator and cooling with
cooling unit self (cooling Sphere 50 outside the machine – cooling Sphere 150 optional). Electrical panel in AISI 304 stainless steel and color operator panel 4.3 “ and PLC to manage all machine functions.
