BD330 is the newest high-performance open-loop inverter based on DZB300. It has superior performance and rich functions with elegant appearance; heat dispersion is good, and the volume is smaller with a more reasonable design; the configuration is flexible that it can meet different demands of customers.

◆ Two control modes：non-PG vector control（SVC）、V/F control
◆ Multistage V/F curve setting function
◆ Pull-in torque：non-PG vector control（SVC）0.5Hz could reach 150%
◆ Internally installed PID control function that could implement close-loop constant temperature and constant voltage control.
◆ Multiple frequency setting is supported：digital set, analog quantity set, PID set, RS485communication set.
◆ Free programming is available for I/O terminal and could combine various work patterns according to users’ need.
◆ It’s equipped with control function of hopping frequency, and could actively suppress mechanical resonance to make system more stable and reliable.
◆ It’s equipped with maintaining function in cases of instant power down so that it helps avoid influencing production caused by instant power down.
◆ Detection function for torque rich and less torque.
◆ Switch function of main and auxiliary frequency, run command, and on the spot and long-distance.
◆ Automatic voltage adjustment function that could effectively solve low frequency oscillation problem of high-power motor.
◆ Provide protection functions for many malfunctions: omnibearing real time monitoring and protection of overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, superheat, overload, phase loss to ensure safe running.
◆ 0.75~15kW internally installed brake unit. It just needs to add a brake resistor to implement fast stop.
◆ Higher than 7.5kW. Internally installed trace function of revolving speed that could realize shock-free smooth start to the rotating motor.
◆ Modular design that could be configured with various expansion cards.
◆ 16 speeds. Time for each acceleration and deceleration is adjustable.
