Grote’s Bread Collator and Butter Applicator offers you complete control over production speed on your assembly line. The unit consistently regulates time release and pitch of each pair of bread slices and semi-automatically feeds them downstream onto the depositing and slicing equipment, ensuring accurate sandwich preparation. The optional buttering unit and butter conditioner/pump automatically coats the top surface of each bread slice with up to four grams of butter, creating a moisture barrier between bread and sandwich ingredients for optimum sandwich quality. Both the collator and butter applicator are simple to maintain and clean, making them ideal additions to your assembly line environment.
