Recipe：
STEP 1
Put 100g of tea in a big pot.
Pour 4000cc of hot water(100℃) in the pot, and then cover the lid.
STEP 2
Count down for 20 minutes.
STEP 3
Use a colander to strain the tea into a thermos bucket.
STEP 4
Wait until the temperature drop into 60℃, cover the lid.
The recipe can be adjusted by personal’s preference.
To keep tea fresh, consume within 4 hours after brewing.
