Technical caracteristics Curd Cutter mod. LAB 01
Output up to 1500 kg/h
The curd cutter mod. LAB 01 has the function of cutting fresh or preserved curd
into optimum-sized slices for the next stage in the cooking-stretching process.
The Mod. LAB 01 is complete with:
- vertical – cylindrical hopper divided ins sections with the possibility to contain up to 50 Kg. of curd;
- Support feet for feeding the dosing feeder Mod. LAB 34 or joints for assembly the curd cutter directly on the cooker-stretcher.
- Gearmotor;
- double timer “pause/work” in order to guarantee a constant feeding to the cooker-stretcher;
- Commands for the motorization and for the timer regulation in the electrical panel.
It can be fed either in automatic or in manual way with blocks of curd.
POSSIBLE ADJUSTMENTS:
- time for pause and cutting (2 independent timers),
- Slices thickness (by adjusting the distance between the blade disc and blades)
OUTPUT: up to 1500 Kg/h.
HYGIENE OF PRODUCTION
The construction of the machine allows an immediate visual inspection of each part, as well as the quick and easy to wash.
The machine can be manufactured according to the American 3A Sanitary Standards.
