Corken's D-style vertical compressors utilize two sets of V-ring packing per piston rod and one (single) distance piece. The lower packing set has an adjustable packing screw used to maintain the sealing performance over the life of the packing.

Working pressures up to 1,200 psi (82.8 bar g)
Brake horsepowers up to 45 hp (34 kW)
Maximum outlet temperature: 350 °F (177 °C)
A D-Style configuration has two sets of packing per piston rod and delivers oil-free gas compression
Utilizes V-ring packing construction that consists of several V-rings, a male and female packing ring, washers, and a spring. Exception: Models D791 and D891 use a combination of V-ring and segmented packing
Cylinder sizes are 1.25", 1.75", 2.5", 2.75", 3.0", 3.25", 4.0", 4.5" and 6.0"
