The Derby RS is the efficient divider and rounder for industrial continuous operation, persuading by a high hourly output, gentle dough handling and versatility. With the Derby RS you can efficiently process the most diverse types of dough– from firm pizza dough up to extremely soft wheat doughs for hotdog or hamburger. The separated machine systems for dividing and rounding, which can be slided out individually, also contribute to this.
