Tommy Car Wash Systems' Wrap Mitter Combo gives car wash operators fantastic surface cleaning power for the friction portion of the wash. This unit combines 4 rows of traditional car wash mitters, 2 Z-wrap brushes, and optional rocker brushes in a configuration designed for safe, powerful cleaning.
Our high-durability stainless steel construction offers lasting protection against the moisture and wear found in a car wash tunnel, and the all-in-one construction makes installation easy and affordable, cutting out thousands of dollars of redundant mountings and attachments. Everything is located compactly on two connected arches, reducing the space required for the module and opening up your wash’s floor to keep things clean and open.
The module as a whole is designed by car wash experts for car wash operators and features very low operating costs, easy adjustment, and straightforward maintenance. Because the system is gravity operated you won’t find any complicated controls and the design will self-adjust to most conveyor speeds.
The Wrap Mitter Combo includes required cloth, foamers, and lube manifolds. We recommend optional installation of paired 21” rocker brushes for improved wheel and lower cleaning, as well as selection of the Multi Washer Module XL with 6 rows of mitters for improved cleaning power (whenever space allows), or our newest and best module the All-In-One Extreme Clean Combo Unit with reverse hugger brushes, z-wrap brushes, 6 rows of mitter cloth, and paired rocker brushes.
