EVOLUTION TWIN HF STERILIZER

Monobloc Sterilization and rinsing system in an aseptic environment mod. EVOLUTION-TWIN 1R+1R.18.108.81.119 H.F. with advanced high flow valves to produce 40,000 bph.
During the first stage, the bottles are sterilized inside and outside by means of a peracetic acid (APA) oxidising solution. The concentration ranges between 1,000 e 2,000 p.p.m. at a temperature between 48 and 52°C.
The Sterilization procedure and processing period to sterilize varies according to the type of bottles and the desired decontamination level (even exceeding Log6).
Peracetic acid (APA) is a very effective biocide, obtained by combining acetic acid and hydrogen dioxide and is characterised by a marked oxidising power as well as marked stability also in the case of low concentration levels; since it is active within a broad range of cases, it quickly destroys bacteria, spores, viruses, algae, mould, micro-bacteria and yeast.
During the sterilisation procedure, bottles are conveyed to the rinsing area by means of star wheels which secure the bottlenecks to wash the package with sterile water to eliminate any possible trace of APA.
The unit was completely re-designed to incorporate new technology exceeding the relevant needs in terms of sterilisation and accurate cleaning governed by existing laws dealing with the hygiene and sterilisation of vessels.
