Multi purpose flatbread baking tunnel oven.

This Oven is equiped with ribbon pipes direct flame burners & gas infared heating panels.
The control of this oven is by means of PLC and touch screen to get better result, by setting the baking time, baking temperature for lower and upper side of bread. As well as possibility of storing programs for different recipies.
The high and perfect insulation keeps the outside surface of oven less than 38 degree Celcius, resulting more saving of the gas consumption.
A brushing wheel for cleaning the baking band also can be added optionaly for cleaning the baking plates to keep the bread baking quality not less than perfect.
