The FCM30-L6/8 model is a linear fill-seal machine, targeting the large volume production output. It is capable of working up to 30 strokes per minute, with 6 or 8 lines of cups. It offers high reliability with low maintenance costs and easy-to-use operation.
Integrated Pulsed-UV system for the sterilization of premade cups and lids with separate air-cooling system and linear lamp producing 3Hz operation / 500 Joules per pulse. Advantages:

FCM30-L6/8's available filling systems are suitable for low up to high viscosity products as well as liquids and solids. The filling unit is CIP connectable for automated washing of the line.
The main frame of the machine as well as the working stations are constructed out of stainless steel and anodized aluminium.
All systems are controlled by a PLC unit. All the settings and error messages are displayed on the panel.
