GENERAL The product shall be prepared from fresh sound raw material that is free from all toxic Residues and taints. The final product shall comply with all current ISO food Legislation
INGREDIENTS Okra 100% Declare as: Okra (Abelmoschus esculentus)
PROCESSING Okra are delivered fresh within few hours of harvest, each load is sampled and assets for foreign material and physical defects. The load is then cleaned, Tip & trail cut, blanched, Sliced, frozen and filled into 10 kg carton & 2.5kg according to the specific specification. The cartons are then labeled and transferred to the cold store, where they are stored at -23⁰C untill required for shipment PACKING During packing, product is inspected before weighing and filling into cartons.
