Grote’s Horizontal Bisector is designed to cut virtually all types of sandwich breads and rolls, including croissants, breakfast biscuits, bagels, sub buns and panini. The unit is ideal for in-line cutting of both fresh and frozen breads and rolls and transferring them directly to a sandwich assembly conveyor for ingredient and topping placement.
