Grote’s High Speed Slicer (HS) is ideal for high speed bulk slicing onto continuous oven belts, and is the industry standard for precooked bacon lines. An optional product stabilizing system (PSS™) can be added to further increase slicing yields on products with variable cross sections. Grote’s patented AccuBand® blade system and a user-friendly touch screen make the High Speed Slicer as accurate, reliable and easy-to-use as it is quick and efficient.
