This range of semi autimatic machines may fill liquid and semi liquid products and viscous. It uses air pressure to prime the product directly from the storage tank, or directly from the machine's hopper for heavy/viscous prorducts. Interchangeable nozzles for liquid and semi liquid products with anti dropping system are available according to the customers need, and the heigth of the platform on the filler to place the packages during the filling process is adjustable. The nozzle, main valve and the filling piston are designed for an easy-cleaning .They can be dismantled easily without using any tool. The parts on the machine are connected by tri –clamps. The parts on the machine are connected by tri –clamps. The machine is exproof system, and the seals are manufactured from teflon ,viton or polyethylene according to the product to be filled. High surface smoothness and argon arc welding technology prevents bacteria growth. Also, the high surface smoothness and argon arc welding technology prevents bacteria growth. The machine stands on a stainless steel frame which is supprted by 4 castors, it can be easily move to anywhere. It’s easy to adjust and record the filling range by the numerator and the hand wheels. The operating heat is 5º to 90º and the filling accuracy is ± %1. A detailed instruction manual for each model is available.
