Model KVSCF semi-automatic capsule filling machine is a kind of new type pharmaceutical packing machinery with novel structure and beautiful appearance. Adopting electrical and pneumatic combination control and equipped with automatic electronic counter, it can separately complete place-taking, separating, filling and locking etc. of capsules instead of manual filling so as to reduce labour intensity and raise production efficiency. It has an accurate filling dosage and accords with pharmaceutical hygienic standard.
This machine is composed of capsule-sending turning separation mechanism, drug material filling mechanism, locking mechanism, electronic speed-regulating speed-shifting mechanism, pneumatic and electrical control system, protecting device, vacuum air pump, air pump accessories and other parts.
Domestic or imported machine-made capsule can be suitable for using in this machine with a rate of finished products of more than97%.
