MILAIT (Dairy) Process

Plant for the production of milk, in full clot yoghurt, fermented milk, ice cream mixes and dessert creams. Mini-plant for the recovery, pasteurization, preservation and packaging of milk, full clot yogurt, fermented milk and cream dessert.
Capacity: from 2,000 to 10,000 liters / day

MILAIT is a small line of great robustezze and reliability, simple management, suitable to be used even by unskilled personnel. MILAIT is the ideal line for small businesses who want to transform their milk of the same quality as those made by the big food industry.

The line includes:
Complete with all accessories and safety checks gas boiler
a tank (capacity: 600 l.) triple wall for reconstitution / preparation, equipped with high-speed stirrer and temperature control
a plate heat exchanger to four sections designed for the pasteurization, cooling and heat recovery; Complete Stop and all of the operating parameters controls. Capacity: 1,000 l / h
a tank for storage / storage of the cooled product (capacity: 600 l.) with slow stirrer and temperature control.
5 Process pumps, transfer service
A central chilled water production with gas R 404 complete with collection tank, compressor and condenser.
Vertical packaging machine / automatic or semi-automatic rotary for bags and / or complete encoder jars and motorized belt extraction

MILAIT is supplied pre-mounted on the platform ready for use.
If the working procedures are adhered to, MILAIT can work continuously, with the addition of refrigerated tanks ranging in size depending on the amount and the milk collection system, MILAIT can treat fresh milk coming straight from the stable.
