One painted steel debagging station with a cranes. (To be used for 1 ton bags)
A Stainless steel powder Sifters 1200 mm diameter with a flow capacity of 2 tons/hr
The sifter is powered by a special motor vibrating in a 3D movement for the best powder sieving effect
The sifter is equipped with a pneumatic outlet gate to control the powder flow
A dosing ramped platform unit to carry the trolley and dose the powder as needed weights
The dosing units are closing the sifters gates when reaching needed weights
A Painted steel Platform to carry the different sifters 2.0 m above the ground level for a battery of station execution
A control panels to control each of the debagging and dosing stations separately
