It has been designed and built so as to make it easier to use and long lasting in time.
Thanks to its compact dimensions, the machine can be placed in small places.
Its automatisms limit the intervention of the operator to the essential functions.

Automatic machine stop at film run-out
Automatic film tension control
Automatic film centering
The machine is controlled by an easy-to-use PLC
Temperature and operation can be easily controlled.
The machine can work with any heat-seal materials like polypropylene, aluminium complex, PVC, laminated film and polyethylene (PE Version)

FUNCTIONAL FEATURESSimple reel changeover - telescopic arm
Pneumatic reel holder for a fast reel changeover.
Easy centring of the vertical sealing
Easy opening of the front vertical sealing bars
Rapid forming tube changeover thanks to pneumatic blocking
Film transport by belts with aspiration system for a better film pulling and a minimum wear.
Perfect control of the horizontal sealing (brushless movement)

SAFETYDoor locking system while machine is in function
Pneumatic system with air run-out alarm
Electric and electronic first quality components.
Wired according to European 24V directives.
