Product Descriptions
There are four main categories of benefits which OctoFrost IQF technology is providing: reliable food safety, natural appearance of the frozen products, energy efficiency and high yield. Each of these benefits is a result of ingenious design and unique features of the OctoFrost IQF freezer. The natural appearance of the frozen products is possible due to the gentle fluidization on the OctoFrost bedplates which use an asymmetrical movement to gently separate the products and efficiently freeze them. There are up to 5 adjustable freezing zones, which ensures an efficient freezing process and a natural-looking final product.
The reliable food safety is one of the major benefits of the OctoFrost IQF technology and it is insured by the easy removable bedplates which can be cleaned fast outside the freezer avoiding cross contamination. In addition to the bedplates, OctoFrost IQF freezer has an efficient Clean-In-Place system which in combination with the slopping surfaces and rounded corners of the freezer, will deliver the best results after the cleaning process.
When it comes to energy efficiency, OctoFrost IQF tunnel features highly efficient fans which can be adjusted to the needed speed, helping to save energy and increase profitability. In addition, the high capacity coil and the optimal aerodynamics insures a decreased energy consumption while delivering best freezing results. The optimal aerodynamics are also responsible for lower dehydration which leads to higher yield, a very valuable argument for our customers.
