The DHV-G/A series features a permanent magnet variable frequency single-stage compression screw air compressor that delivers stable air pressure with no impact during startup. It boasts variable flow control and excellent alternating current power supply voltage adaptability.
Equipped with a silent centrifugal fan, this compressor ensures energy-saving constant pressure output. The oil-cooled permanent magnet variable frequency motor reaches IP65 protection, offering high durability. The large cooler design incorporates a hot and cold partition for efficient heat management.
The man-machine interface touchscreen controller provides real-time monitoring of the operation status, ensuring you stay informed and in control at all times.
Product Features
■ oil-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor is integrally connected with the air end, with high transmission efficiency and durability.
■ Double frequency conversion of air end and fan, which can save more than 30% energy than ordinary power frequency air compressor.
■ Compact structure, small machine and small footprint. Easy maintenance, maintenance can be done by opening the door.
■ Multi-wing centrifugal fan, high wind pressure, fast heat dissipation, noise 20dBA lower than ordinary screw;
■ The standard temperature control valve with the most classic sliding three-way structure can effectively avoid the change of discharge temperature. The mixed-flow structure is used to effectively prevent the phenomenon of starting oil temperature rising and the machine being stuck due to lack of oil when the machine is started.
■ Control and electrical system: can be set in Chinese / English bilingual, can realize the joint control of up to 16 machines and supporting post-processing.
