Description:The name Pi Lo Chun (Bi Luo Chun, Bi Lu Chun) in Chinese means " Green Snail Spring ".This is one of China's rare green teas of exceptional quality known all over the world. The leaf is tiny and comes out spiral shaped; the brew is clear and golden and of exceeding delicacy. Processing is done by hand and takes great skill.

Brewing Guide: The water used to steep this tea should be about 160-180℉ or 70-80℃ to prevent scalding the leaves. Use about 1 tablespoon (3 grams) of tea leaves for about every 5 ounces (150 ml) of water. A steeping time of about 3-5 minutes is recommended with more or less time depending on the desired concentration.
