Mold cavity&core material :

S136 corrosion resistance steel with heating treatment and mirror polish,hardness more than 50HRC.
Which prolong the mould life and ensure the product quality.

Mold structure:

Self-lock structure.
Mold core cavity and neck screw is replaceable,which convenient to repair the mold and change the label,ensure the concentricity less than 0.08mm.

Runner :

Hot runner system,with temperature-controlled box/voltage-controlled box.

Gate/Tail :

1.Pneumatic pin-point valve gate.Which can cut off the tail in the mold,reduce the labor cost.Improve the preform quality.But the valve gate system is expensive.

2.Short tail system.No need to cut off the tail,mold is also cheap.But need more technical engineer.

3.Long tail system.Need to cut off the tail,waste material and the cost of labor.But cost little in the mold and the quality of preform product is good. 

Cooling system:

Spiral independent cooling system for each single core ,cavity,screw and valve gate.Which brings high productivity and improve the product quality.

Plastic material for preform:

PET,PC,PP,AS etc ;
