The conductor is made of flexible plain or metal-coated annealed copper, the insulation is made of a Polyvinyl chloride compound (type TI 1).
For fire retardant cables, type r2 or type TI 2 fire retardant PVC compound is used.For heat resistant cables , type TI 3 PVC compound is used.
