Product Descriptions
Air-Driven hydraulic pump unit. This is oil supply system of the whole QDCS, which adopts import aid-driven pump; double pumps design for power output. Using 0.5MP compressed air for power source to be operated economically without any breakdown for many years. When pressure output and compressed air reach balance and enter into stall mode, aid-driven pump will stop automatically. At this time the pump keeps pressure for the system without consuming any energy, providing economic pressure output and low cost for energy consumption. Adopt patented valve combination; four independent loops are adopted for oil-way output control. The system auto-lock will keep pressure during any power and air interruption, so that no injury will be triggered because of the mold drop off. Adopts SMC imported air-driven component, imported sealing element and imported oil pressure testing switch to prevent oil spill from the whole system. Multiple safeguard including automatic low-pressure alarm, automatic machine halt are available through electrical air control and intelligent worktable communication.
