STEP 1 Bring 6,000cc of water to a boil. STEP 2 Put 210g of tea in a big pot, and then cover the lid. STEP 3 Count down for 5-10 minutes. STEP 4 Turn the heat off, and move the pot away the stove. STEP 5 Count down for 10 minutes. STEP 6 Use a colander to strain the tea into a thermos bucket and then add 6kg of crushed ice and 1500cc of fructose, starring well.
The recipe can be adjusted by personal’s preference. To keep tea fresh, consume within 4 hours after brewing. |
