* Accepts two blocks of chocolates, Max. dimensions 4x30x45 cm each.
* The loading is easy, fast and simple; the blocks are inserted and fixed with a quick clamp.
* Heavy duty machine, strong frame, designed to support intensive work.
* The track, the covers and the blade housing are all made of stainless-steel.
* Emergency stop push button.
* Safety switches are mounted on all covers for more protection.
* The machine is driven by a three phase gear-motors (3/4 Hp) coupled with a current limiter for overload protection with no belt transmission.
