SATRONIK_D is a machine concept combining high efficiency, flexibility and robustness. The machine can be universally used for all thermal cutting processes and for material widths of up to 300 mm. This machine is designed for oxy fuel cutting of material widths of up to 300 mm as well as plasma applications and marking processes.
SATRONIK_D is available in cutting widths between 2.5 and 5.0 m. Cutting lengths can be chosen in 2.0 m increments.

Double gantry bridge solid and air-cooled steel framework construction, universally
applicable for all thermal cutting processes.

Positive bilaterial longitudinal drive, with three-phase synchronous motors and magnet clutches, integrated in two mass-optimized carriages

Transverse guide by soil-resistant rod guides, ground and hardened. High-quality toothed belt drive free from backlash in conjunction with high-capacity three-phase synchronous motor and high-precision planetary gear

Heat protection plates below gantry bridge

Energy chains in guides on the bridge

Available in left-hand or right-hand execution

Can be equipped for oxy fuel, plasma and marking processes

For working widths of up to 5000 mm

Bevel torch blocks, plasma and oxy fuel
