Javachem®provides comprehensive solutions such as scratch resistant, low VOC, no migration, no stress whitening for dashboard, door trim, center console, pillar trim and other PP and TPO auto-body parts.
Javachem®HG is the dispersion of UHMW siloxane polymer in polypropylene, where the contained special functional group acts as anchoring effect in PP resin, which can effectively improve the scratch resistance for auto interior PP material. Meanwhile, because of the high molecular, it will not migrate to the surface, so the product surface will not be sticky and become yellow after exposure to light at high temperature, it can also effectively avoid stress whitening problem that normally exist when add scratch resistant agent.
