The system of cut TR patented from D.S.C. srl, is a continuous trial in which the product is crushed among couples of rotating rolls. This allows an optimal workmanship without altering the characteristics of the product guaranteeing a cut to cold.
The regulation of the distance among the rolls allows to reach the granule-metric dimension desired, the digital displays places beside, facilitate the optimal regulation. The system of cut of the TRs can be applied for a vast range of products: hazelnuts, cashews, walnut-trees, macadamia, peanuts, almonds, oily seeds as the pumpkin, sunflower and of melon, to the chocolate, crisp, caramel, cocoa, biscuits, nougat, and he/she offers an incomparable flexibility.
During the workmanship, the product passes between two or more couples of cylinders places one above the other. The particular surface of the rolls allows the very accurate selection of the distribution of the granule desired, from coarse to thin, getting an optimal result. The surrender of the desired product with the distribution granule-metric is extremely elevated. Besides, the result is reproducible, assuring so a constant quality of the product. The regulation of the rolls is easy, through devices to lever. All the couples of parallel rolls are gifted by indicators. The support is furnished by a mechanical transmitter with digital display. The low maintenance and the long duration, thanks to the principle of operation, is for this chopper an aim of strength, unlike the traditional systems of cut.
