Technical caracteristics Curd Cutter mod. LAB 03
Output from 2000 kg up to 4000 kg/h
Entirely built in stainless steel AISI 304, it has the function of cutting fresh or
preserved curd into optimum-sized slices for the next stage in the cooking-
stretching process.
The Mod. LAB 03 is complete with:
- Product loading hopper with automatic opening of the cover;
- Stainless steel protection grid placed on the hopper connected to the safety sensor
- Motorization with inverter and an electrical panel with all working commands.
POSSIBLE ADJUSTMENTS
- potentiometer able to adjust the auger rotation speed.
HYGIENE OF PRODUCTION
The construction of the machine allows an immediate visual inspection of each part,
as well as the quick and easy to wash.
