Automatic pocket pita Bread Line for producing oval & round bread
Production capacity 500 pittas per hour for small lines up to 20,000 for industrial 8 rows automatic lines.
Bread Diamter can be adjusted from 12cm to 23cm (5 to 9 inches).
Dough weight can be adjsuted from 50 to 150 grammes.
This line can be fully automated by adding upon customer request PLC with HMI to control dough weight, production capacity, proofing time, dough sheeted thickness and size, baking temperature & time as well as cooling time for baked products of pittas
